Absence Reporting
We ask that Nash parents and guardians adhere to the following procedures regarding absences, tardiness, and dismissals:
Absences, Tardies, and Dismissals: Please fill out this form to notify our front office if your student(s) in grades K-5 will be absent, tardy, early dismissed or if you are changing their typical dismissal procedure. Please submit a separate form for each student.
All absences should be reported by 8:30am in order to avoid the automated absence call.
If there is a change in your student's typical dismissal procedure, please be sure to fill out this form as well. It will need to be submitted at least two hours prior to the end of the day.
If your child is arriving late to school, they must check in at the office before proceeding to their classroom.
